Do I really need a support plan for my website?
Nope, you don’t have to sign up, but if you go it alone, we’ll hand over a Website Owner’s Manual so you can keep everything in check. Remember, any premium plugins or themes we set you up with will need to be purchased on your end if you decide to skip the plan.
What’s covered in the 1-hour of website changes?
The hour’s yours for content tweaks, image swaps, and updates to your existing pages. For anything bigger, like adding a new feature, we can help at a discounted hourly rate.
Will I be able to make changes to the site myself?
Yes! We’ll make sure you’re comfortable updating simple things on your own. For more complex changes, we’re happy to lend a hand. It’s about keeping it flexible for you.
Can I use my own hosting?
Totally! Just note, if you go with your own hosting, we can’t promise the same level of speed, uptime, or security you’d get with our hosting option. And just FYI, we only offer hosting as part of our website support plan. If you’d rather go with another hosting provider, that’s okay! We’ll be happy to give you a list of recommended hosts.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We won’t hold it against you! Our support plan is month-to-month, so you just need to give us 30 days’ notice. We’ll even help with a seamless handover to your new developer, or we can take care of the migration at our current hourly rate. Just be aware, you’ll have to buy your own premium licenses and hosting when we part ways.
What if my website gets hacked?
It’s rare, but we’re prepared. Our website support and maintenance plan include security monitoring to prevent attacks, but if someone does sneak in, we’ll jump in to clean up, fix it, and add extra safeguards.
